At X Plus North America Corp., we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations or final sale items may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
